Return & Exchange Policy:

• Product cannot be refunded.
• Items purchased can be returned and exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date and permitted for 1 time exchange only.
• All items must be returned in salable condition in original packing with proof invoice or warranty card.

Exchange:

• Eligible exchanged must be followed the return and exchange policy and the value of the new items must be equal or higher than the original items. If the value of the exchange item (s) is higher, a top up cash of the difference is required. If the value of the exchange item (s) is lower, no refund will be given.
