Delivery policy:

• Delivery period: Product will be delivered within 3 working days after received the order. As Sandara’s head office will be closed on Sunday and during Public holidays, all orders placed on those days will only be processed for delivery on the next working day.

• Delivery Fee: Free delivery nationwide with the purchase of $150 up. Any purchased below will be charged based on zone:
  + Phnom Penh: $ 1.5 
        + Province: $ 2.5

• Re-delivery: We will attempt re delivery for three consecutive days if the first delivery attempt failed. If all attempts fail, product will be stored at the delivery agent for 3 days and after that will be returned to our Sandara head office and we will be waiting for your response.

Your transaction is secured and encrypted. You may use a variety of payment methods, such as credit card, Acleda, Pi Pay, Wing, Union Pay, AliPay (QR Code).
